Thanks for subscribing, Jude. You should have received an automatic email from Smashwords as soon as you signed up for the newsletter. In the email is a link and instruction just to type in the alphanumeric code spelled out in the last line. You just hit the link, choose the title and type in the code. Then you have to choose from a variety of options regarding where you want it to be sent, since people read on numerous devices. Let me know if you continue to have trouble.
I just recently subscribed, and although I did get an email newsletter from you, I haven’t gotten anything from Smashwords (not in my Spam folder, either).
